            By placing your bid, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
            You have carefully reviewed and consented to the Terms and Conditions outlined below. Additionally, you agree to cover a 25% buyer's premium, along with any applicable taxes, shipping, and credit card processing fees.
            
            Multiple Auction Bidding Platforms and Methods: Verdigris conducts auctions across various bidding platforms. Bidders may engage in our auctions either in person, via telephone, by submitting written orders, or through online auction bidding platforms. In the event of any disputes or inquiries regarding a bid, we retain sole and final discretion to determine the Purchaser.
            
            All items are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis, and no warranties are provided. Verdigris Auctions offers condition reports as a courtesy to our clients, and we assume no liability for any errors or omissions. Condition statements are offered as opinions only and should not be construed as factual guarantees regarding age, authorship, condition, or material. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that the condition of the item(s) meets their satisfaction prior to bidding. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in flawless condition or entirely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or signs of aging.
            
            Verdigris Auctions reserves the right to amend or waive these Terms and Conditions periodically. You are not authorised to waive or modify these Terms and Conditions, and any such attempts will be considered legally void and ineffective.
